Anchored by Starbucks, this space is a Walmart shadow center at the main entrance off the Atlanta Highway in Montgomery. A former Family Christian Book store occupied the majority of the building which has been subdivided into two spaces consisting of an America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses optical shop (just opened October 2022) and Freeway Insurance (opened early 2021).

Owned and managed by Willcoxon Properties since 1999, this center is located at the intersection of West Fairview Avenue and South Court Street in Montgomery, Alabama. Renovation and expansion completed in 2015. Additional renovation of an outparcel completed spring 2022 with brand new Hibbett Sports!

Originally named Gas Depot, this property across the street from the Faircourt Shopping Center was developed by Lee Willcoxon in 2001. This station has a convenience store, restaurant, car wash, and additional space currently leased. Sold in 2020.

This property listed by Lee Willcoxon is located in Hoover, Alabama is currently under development as mixed-use. Phase One includes an Aldi grocery store, retail village with restaurants and a UAB medical office building. Phase Two is in the works!
